Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Lavenham.

The incident occurred at some point between 11pm on Sunday 26 May and 7.30am on Monday 27 May at The Angel Hotel in Market Place, Lavenham.

The offender/s forced entry via a window and once inside, a number of items were stolen including a safe, a tip jar, a till and an amount of cash.
