Road sign vandalised in Bury St Edmunds

Police are appealing for witnesses after an incident of criminal damage in Bury St Edmunds.

A road sign was spray painted with an abusive message on Fornham Lane, just before the Westley Interchange roundabout, some time between 9.30am and 7.30pm on Saturday 26 May.

Officers believe someone may have had to park a vehicle on this part of the road to access the sign.

They would like to hear from anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or who has any dash cam footage that could be of use in the investigation.
