Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious single vehicle collision at Beck Row.

Officers were called to the scene on the A1101 at Beck Row at 3.32 am today, Thursday 7 January, following reports that a car had collided with road signage.

The incident was attended by a volunteer SARS paramedic, fire and ambulance.

Two people have been transported to Addenbrookes’ hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.

The road has been closed in both directions for an investigation to take place.
