A woman in her 30s has been stabbed in an incident in Needham Market yesterday.

Police were called Quinton Road in Needham Market yesterday morning. (Saturday 19 October) at just after 6am to reports of a woman had been stabbed.

The victim is in a stable condition and has been taken to hospital for treatment to her injuries.

No arrests have been made at this stage and enquiries into the incident are continuing.

Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity, has knowledge of the incident should contact Suffolk police quoting CAD number 80 of 19 October 2019.
