Police are appealing for the public’s help to locate 16-year-old Eleanor Hastie, who has been reported as a high-risk missing person.
Eleanor was dropped off at Suffolk One College at 08:00 hrs on Friday, 28 November 2025. She completed her studies for the day and was expected to take the 18:00 hrs train home to Bury St Edmunds, but she did not board the service.
She was last seen near the Buttermarket in Ipswich at around 18:30 hrs, where she boarded a bus. Police say it is not known which service she took.
Eleanor is described as a white female who was wearing a grey hoodie under a short black puffa jacket, light creamy beige joggers, and new sparkly Ugg boots. She was also wearing a black beanie hat and large silver hoop earrings, and she has distinctive shaved lines in her eyebrows. She was carrying a large shoulder bag, which may have contained spare clothes.
She is known to have links to Ipswich, Hadleigh, Bury St Edmunds, and Essex.
Officers say they are extremely concerned for her welfare and are urging anyone who has seen her, or who has information about her whereabouts, to contact Suffolk Police on 101 or report online.
