Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious single-vehicle collision that occurred in the early hours of Sunday 3 August, on the A1065 at Barton Mills.

Emergency services were called to the scene at approximately 1:45am, after a blue Honda Accord, travelling southbound towards the Fiveways roundabout, was involved in a crash.

Three people were injured in the incident; a teenage male and two women in their twenties. All three sustained life-threatening injuries and remain in hospital.

Suffolk Police are seeking help from the public to establish the circumstances surrounding the collision. Officers are particularly interested in hearing from anyone who witnessed the incident or has dash cam, CCTV, or doorbell footage from the area around the time of the collision
