A driver has been arrested after members of the public reported their manner of driving to Police
The car was spotted travelling on the A134 at Bury St Edmunds on Tuesday evening. When officers stopped the car, they noticed that tyres were bald exposing the cords and one of the windows was missing and covered over in cling film.
The driver was arrested for drink driving and blew 164 on the breath test in custody, the legal limit being 35.
