Horse suffers injuries and rider thrown from their horse after a dog attack

Police are appealing for witnesses or any information after a dog attacked two horses and their riders on Sunday.

The incident happened between 1.30 pm – 2 pm on 28th March in North Stow Forest, Bury St Edmunds.

The dog is described as a Pitbull looking dog that was off the lead. The dog attacked the two horses and riders and one was thrown from their horse during the incident.

One horse required Vets attention but otherwise, no serious injuries received this time.
