Four people arrested in connection with drug dealing in Bury St Edmunds

Police have arrested four people in connection with drug offences in Bury St Edmunds.

Yesterday, Monday 13 February, police searched a property in Chalk Road South in the town. An amount of suspected drugs were found, while a mobile phone was also seized.

Three men and a woman were arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning. They were subsequently released on bail to return to police on 12 May.

The arrests were carried out by officers from Suffolk Constabulary’s Scorpion team and Bury Safer Neighbourhood Team.
