A man has died following a three-vehicle road traffic collision in Elmswell last week.

The incident took place in Church Road at around 3.55pm on Thursday 22 June and involved a grey Citroen Xsara, a black Volkswagen Golf and a grey BMW X5.

The driver of the Citroen was taken to West Suffolk Hospital by ambulance before being transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where he sadly died on Tuesday 27 June.

Police can now name the deceased as Maurice Foster, aged 77, of Bradfield St. George.
