Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious assault that left a man in his 30s injured in Bury St Edmunds last week.
The attack occurred between 6pm and 6.30pm on Wednesday, 14 May, at garages off Oliver Road. According to reports, the victim was assaulted by a group of between two and four men. He sustained serious injuries in the incident and was taken to hospital, where he remains. His condition is not believed to be life-threatening.
Police believe the suspects fled the scene in a metallic silver or blue sports utility vehicle, heading in the direction of Westley Road.
Officers are urging anyone who witnessed the incident or who may have information about those involved to come forward.
