Police are appealing for witnesses to a three-vehicle road traffic collision in Elmswell.

The collision took place on Church Road yesterday, Thursday 22 June, at around 3.55pm.

The incident involved a grey Citroen Xsara, black Volkswagen Golf and a grey BMW X5.

The driver of the Citroen, a man in his 70s, was taken to West Suffolk Hospital by ambulance before being transferred to Addenbrooke’s Hospital. His condition is currently described as critical.
