It is with great sadness the we have learnt the passing of one of our previous members of the team.

Ian Winslet joined the station shortly after we launched, having become a listener following a move from Croydon to Bury St Edmunds.

A natural broadcaster, he quickly made the Monday evening slot his own, with popular features such as Kitchen Karaoke shortly after the 7pm news. His on air banter with Joe Ferrett on hand over was a joy to listen to and he received a Golden Mic award at our first ceremony in 2013.
