Police are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision on Newmarket Road, Bury St Edmunds. The road will closed in both directions and diversions will be put in place.

By standers have told RWSfm that a cyclist was involved in the collision.

The road is likely to remain closed for some time.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses to contact Suffolk Police on 101 quoting ref 289 of today 12th April 2021.
