A man from Bury St Edmunds is raising money for the Neonatal unit at both West Suffolk Hospital and Norfolk and Norwich University by releasing a song in memory of his daughter.
Craig Palmer, from Bury St Edmunds write and recorded the moving song in memory his and his wife, Sammieâs daughter Lola who was sadly born early and passed away after 12 hours of fighting back in 2013.
Craig said “Although her life was short, she will always have a special place in our hearts. I have written a track as a tribute to my daughter Lola which tells the story of the events at the time and Iâm hoping to firstly raise much needed money for the Neonatal unit in West Suffolk Hospital (Bury St Edmunds) and the Neonatal ward (NICU) in Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital.
Craig also wants to raise awareness about neonatal babies and the struggles that the familyâs face throughout the tragic fight for life that these tiny babies must go through.
