A man who went missing after claiming he was going to walk from Tilbury in Essex to his home in a village near Bury St Edmunds has been found and arrested.

Chas Thacker, aged 30, was wanted in connection with criminal investigations.

A few weeks after he went missing it was announced that Mr Thacker, was wanted in connection with criminal investigations.

Thacker from Cockfield was arrested in Hertfordshire on 6 September.

A Police spokesperson has thanked the media and the public for their help with this appeal.
