Suffolk Trading Standards have issued a warning over a fake email purporting to be from Treasury department.
The email claims that you have received a business grant which you were not entitled to and giving instructions on how to return the money.
Trading Standards are advising businessesâ Do not respond. Do not provide any company or financial details. Do not pay any money to the bank details provided.
If you receive such an email, forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk and then delete it.
