Thousands of pounds worth of clothes has been seized by Police in connection with shoplifting incidents in Bury St Edmunds.

Four people were arrested, and their car seized after an operation by Police officers last week.

According to police, the clothes had been stolen from shops in the Bury St Edmunds town centre.

One of the highlights of this week for us was the arrest of four shoplifters who thought they could come to the town & steal from local shops.
